Shipping Information

All orders are carefully packaged by hand to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully presented.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS

Custom orders require approximately 2 weeks to create before dispatch. We'll keep you updated throughout the process. Please allow extra time around busy periods.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your order. You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

We currently ship to UK addresses only. All orders are sent via tracked delivery where possible.

RETURNS

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance are normal and are not considered faults — they are part of the charm of handcrafted items.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty, as they are made specifically for you.
