Our ritual candles typically burn for 30–50 hours depending on the size. Our smaller candles (like the Awakening Ritual at 140g) burn for around 25–30 hours. Always follow candle care guidelines for the best burn.

For the perfect burn: trim your wick to 5mm before every light, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the container on the first burn (this prevents tunnelling), never burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and keep away from drafts. A little care goes a long way!

Yes! All our candles are 100% natural soy wax, completely vegan and paraffin-free. We use premium fragrance oils specifically formulated for soy wax. No synthetic dyes, no harmful chemicals.

Because every candle is hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture and appearance are completely normal — and part of the beauty of handmade products. No two candles are exactly alike!

Absolutely! Once your candle has finished, pop the jar in the freezer for a couple of hours and the remaining wax will shrink and pop out easily. Clean with warm soapy water and reuse as a storage jar, plant pot or glass.

Simply break off a piece of your wax melt and place it in the dish of your wax burner. Light a tealight candle underneath and the heat will gently melt the wax, releasing the fragrance into your room. Never add water. When the scent fades, allow the wax to cool and solidify, then remove and replace with a fresh piece.

Our 38g wax melts typically give 8–12 hours of fragrance per piece depending on your burner and room size. The sculpted daisy melts (15g) give around 4–6 hours.

Wait until the wax has cooled and solidified. Place a cotton ball in the dish to absorb the liquid wax while it's still warm, or pop the whole dish in the freezer and the wax will pop out cleanly.

They're both! Our wax melt bouquets are designed to be displayed and admired — they make a stunning alternative to real flowers. But they are also fully functional wax melts, so you can use them in your burner when you're ready. Many customers display them for weeks before melting!

Yes, absolutely. Every crystal we sell is 100% genuine and natural, sourced from trusted ethical UK suppliers. We never sell synthetic or dyed stones.

Yes! Every crystal is energetically cleansed before it leaves us. We also handpick each crystal personally for your order with intention — so what you receive has been chosen and prepared just for you. ✦

There are several ways to cleanse crystals: place them in moonlight overnight (especially a full moon), use sage or Palo Santo smoke, bury them briefly in the earth, use sound vibration with a singing bowl, or place them on a selenite slab. Different crystals suit different methods — some shouldn't get wet so avoid water cleansing unless you've checked it's safe for your specific stone.

Handle with care as the crystal chips can be delicate. Keep away from water. Use only standard tealight candles. Never leave burning candles unattended. The holder will become warm during use — always place on a heat-safe surface.

Standard orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Custom and personalised orders require approximately 2 weeks to create before dispatch.

Start by cleansing your space with the Palo Santo stick — light it, let it catch, then blow it out and let the smoke clear your space. Hold the rhodonite heart and set your intention. Light the pink candle for love and attraction, and the white candle for clarity and new beginnings. Sprinkle or burn a small amount of the herb blend. Hold the selenite wand to amplify your intentions. There's no right or wrong way — trust your intuition. ✦

Our Love Manifestation Herb Blend contains nettle for self-worth and protection, valerian root for emotional intensity and calming obsession, and lavender for attraction, openness and emotional harmony. Each herb is chosen for its spiritual and energetic properties.

Yes! You can burn a small amount on a heat-safe dish or charcoal disc, scatter it around your space, add it to a ritual bath, or use it in a spell pouch. Always burn safely in a well-ventilated area.
